Optimus GPS Tracking as a company offers a variety of consumer-oriented products. The company also builds and manages the software platform that supports its live GPS products through smartphones, tablets and computers. The GPS platform is accessible to those who have purchased a GPS Tracker from Optimus GPS Tracking and subscribe to the company’s GPS service.

Optimus GPS Tracking subscription:

The Optimus GPS Tracking platform is compatible with Windows and Macintosh computers, Android-based phones and tablets and iOS-based phones and tablets. The app is free to download to your mobile screen, but you’ll need an active Optimus GPS Tracking Subscription to use it. The software is designed to work exclusively with GPS Trackers sold by Optimus GPS Tracking.

By purchasing this product, the customer agrees it is his or her responsibility to use the product and/or service in accordance to local, state and federal laws. Optimus GPS Tracking Corp will not be responsible in any way the customer uses this product and/or service. Optimus GPS Tracking Corp will not be responsible for any lost property, damages of any kind during the use of the product and/or service.

 

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company, its officers, directors, shareholders, employees, independent contractors, telecommunication providers, and agents, from and against any and all claims, actions, loss, liabilities, expenses, costs, or demands, including without limitation legal and accounting fees, for all damages directly, indirectly, and/or consequentially resulting or allegedly resulting from Your misuse or inability to use the Website, or Your breach of any of these terms and conditions of this Agreement. We shall promptly notify you by electronic mail of any such claim or suit, and cooperate fully (at your expense) in the defense of such claim or suit. If we do not hear from you promptly, we reserve the right to defend such claim or suit and seek full recompense from you.

 

Canceling your tracking device's subscription.

It is the customer's responsibility to cancel the tracking device subscription. The tracker's subscription is an automatic recurring charge on your card. No refunds are made if the customer does not cancel the subscription before the payment has been made.

We reserve the right to cancel and block customers that we suspect use the tracking device in a wrongful manner or have made fraudulent acts.
